21 day Bathroom Renovation Timeline Terms and Conditions
Our 21 day renovation timeframe is intended as a general guide for standard bathroom renovation projects. It usually applies from the first scheduled day of onsite work, after the quote, contract, design details, product choices, approvals, materials and project schedule have all been confirmed.
This timeframe is based on a straightforward bathroom renovation where the existing layout remains mostly the same and there are no major structural alterations, extensive plumbing or electrical changes, asbestos concerns, hidden damage, unusual site access issues, or delays with selected products or materials.
The 3-week timeframe does not include the time required for the initial enquiry, consultation, quoting, design discussions, product selection, ordering, scheduling, contract preparation, approval processes, or any waiting period before the renovation is booked to begin.
Some projects may take longer once work starts. This can happen if unexpected issues are uncovered during demolition or construction, such as water damage, rotten timber, mould, termite damage, damaged flooring, non-compliant previous work, plumbing faults, electrical issues, structural concerns, or other problems that could not be properly assessed before the renovation began.
Project timing may also change due to client-requested variations, delayed decisions, unavailable fixtures or tiles, supplier delays, public holidays, weather events, trade scheduling, access restrictions, body corporate or strata requirements, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The 3-week timeframe applies to standard bathroom renovation work only. It may not apply to larger or more complex projects, including multiple bathrooms, ensuites, laundries, kitchens, whole-home renovations, extensions, structural work, premium custom finishes, or projects requiring additional trades, approvals or specialist materials.
When we refer to a bathroom being completed, we mean the bathroom is substantially finished and ready for normal use. Some minor finishing items, touch-ups, defect rectification, custom glass, mirrors, shower screens, specialty fittings, or supplier-delayed items may be completed separately if required.
The timeframe displayed on this website is provided as general information only. It does not replace, change or override the timeframe listed in your written quote, signed building contract, project schedule or other written project documentation. The timeframe stated in your signed agreement or confirmed project documentation is the timeframe that applies to your renovation.
Before work begins, we will provide an expected project timeline based on the agreed scope of work. If anything changes during the renovation, we will keep you informed. Final timing will always depend on the confirmed project details, the written agreement and the conditions found onsite.
