ABOUT PAANA CONSTRUCTION

Who We Are

Paana Construction is a local, family-run renovation builder on Brisbane’s Northside. Led by owner Menelaos, we specialise in bathroom renovations and also take on kitchens, laundries, extensions and full house renovations for homeowners and property investors across Brisbane’s north and the Moreton Bay region.

Our Journey

Founded on a passion for transforming ordinary spaces into extraordinary ones, Paana Construction began with a simple vision: to deliver bathroom renovations that blend artistry with functionality. Our journey has been one of constant learning, innovation, and a commitment to excellence, driven by the needs and dreams of our clients.

Meet the Team

Menelaos leads Paana Construction and manages the team behind every project. He oversees how each renovation is planned, scheduled and delivered, so the standard of work stays consistent from one job to the next.

Behind them is a full team working in the office and on site. That includes our in-house designers, the people who prepare your quote and plans, project managers who coordinate each stage of the job, and the licensed tradespeople who carry out the work. Having everyone working together is what allows us to complete most bathroom renovations within a 21-day timeframe (Ts & Cs apply).

Why Choose Us

What sets us apart as the bathroom renovators Brisbane Northside trusts? It’s our comprehensive approach. We offer complete renovation solutions – from initial planning and design, through to demolition, construction, and the final touches. Our in-house team, supplemented by a network of skilled professionals, ensures seamless project execution. Which means a simple and stress free renovation experience for our clients.

Quality is the cornerstone of our work. As a QBCC-licensed and insured company, we’re recognised for our high standards. Our commitment to quality is further solidified by our 6.5-year workmanship guarantee, giving you peace of mind that your investment is secure.

Efficiency is another hallmark of our service. We understand that time is of the essence, and our streamlined process means most bathroom renovations are completed within a 21-day timeframe (Ts & Cs apply) , without compromising on the quality of workmanship.

Paana Constructions built a new kitchen and bathroom at my house in Wilston. They are very organised, punctual and delivered as per the contract.

Had a great experience with Paana and their extended team. The works were of very high quality and transformed the house to look and feel brand new. We had a new kitchen, new laundry and 2.5 bathrooms done. Manelaos was very responsive to my needs and provided great advice for other renovations that I was doing. Thank you so much to Manelaos and the team. We’re loving our new home.

Fantastic work! Never had a renovation done before, so was expecting it to be a far more arduous and expensive ordeal, but the whole team made it smooth as butter. Thankyou!

Solid team, from start to finish the job was smooth! Tim came out and quoted it and had the quote back within the week! Cameron sorted us out with a preliminary , and then Kayd ran my project! Kayds communication was fantastic whilst renovating the project, and kept me in the loop with any changes! The project took around 3-4 weeks! We did 2 bathrooms and couldn’t be more impressed! Thanks to PAANA for renovating my bathrooms, we are super impressed!
